Our Story

As Sacramento natives who love to travel, we wanted to bring some of our favorite foods from around the world back home to share with our beloved city. It was important for us to be able to open a place in our community that we have personally designed for comfort and class, offering dishes that use fresh and locally sourced ingredients.

  • As a japanese food lover, I've been waiting for this place to open, and finally! I went with my husband and we were totally impressed. The sashimi and sushi were incredibly fresh and delicious. The unique decor added a stylish yet cozy ambiance to the dining experience. Additionally, the service was excellent - the staff were attentive, friendly.I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for an authentic and enjoyable Japanese dinning experience. I'll definitely come back for more on the menu.

  • The sushi nigiri were out of this world and the sushi rolls were creative and not only full of flavor but also texture (I love a little crunch to my rolls). Our server was very friendly and attentive! She was so sweet; checking on us to make sure everything was good or seeing if we needed anything. We're so happy that Tokyo Table opened in Tahoe Park!   • Gyoza was one of the best I’ve ever had. Had the Kings Roll and the F-4. Both were full of flavor and the textures were fantastic. Enjoyed the Soft Shell Crab hand roll as well which was excellent. We will be back for sure. Another top notch restaurant in Tahoe Park!
